Due to the big volume and heavy weight of our products, we dispatch them with transportation companies and not courier companies.
The shipping cost is calculated per package. 1 package is the sum of products that weigh up to 30 kg and their volume does not exceed 0.21m3.
The exact shipping cost is calculated during order progress. Don’t worry, till then no charges will apply.
If you are located in Thessaloniki you can pick up your goods from our store. You will be informed by phone or email when your order is ready.
Delivery service in the city of Thessaloniki is free of charge for orders over 60€ (including VAT). For orders up to 60€ (including VAT) the delivery service charge is 4,5€ per order (including VAT). Orders are processed and shipped in 48 hours.
Orders in Greek mainland are shipped in 72 hours with 4,5€ per package shipping cost (including VAT).
For orders over 400€ (including VAT) we offer free shipping.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are located in inaccessible areas you will have to pick up your order from the nearest location of the transportation company. It is possible to receive your order to your door but with extra charge. Contact us for more information.

Return without company’s fault
You have the right to return your whole order or a part of it without explanations within 14 calendar days from the delivery date. In this case you will pay only the return shipping cost. You are obliged to contact us before you take any action. You are obliged to return the products unopened and in excellent condition with all their labels untouched. You, also, have to return the receipt or send us a Consignment Note if we invoiced you. You can return the products with the transport company of your choice but not with the Post Office.

Return due to company’s fault
In case you want to return your order due to company’s fault, Aldipack commits to pay the shipping cost only if the return occurs with a transport company of our choice. You are obliged to contact us before you take any action. The return will be accepted only with a transport company of our choice and only after our approval.
In case of product return we will process your request as soon as possible and we will inform you by phone or email for the outcome. If all conditions are fulfilled we will refund you, via bank deposit, in 8 working days from the date of the receipt of your return.
!!CAUTION!!
Once you receive your order you have 30 calendar days to return the products. After 30 days no returns will be accepted.
